Deadline for entry forms.

You'll need to provide
• entry form
• entry fee
• copy of proof of insurance (for vehicles)

The entry forms must be received at the Bryan Broadcasting office by 5PM on Friday. You can mail or hand deliver your entry forms. If mailing, you must allow sufficient time for the entry to arrive by Friday at 5PM. We will send an email confirmation for all entries by Monday, November 16. Call if you don't receive confirmation.

December 1, 2009
Mandatory Line-Up Meeting, College Station Hilton, Oakwood Ballroom

You'll need to send a person (preferably your driver) to this 7PM meeting The meeting will be held in the Oakwood Ballroom at the College Station Hilton Hotel. You will receive information regarding your order in the parade and your staging area at the Mandatory Line-up meeting. We'll discuss any changes to the rules and go over safety requirements.

Sunday, December 6, 2009 at 2PM It's Parade Time!
Parking lots 50 and 51 on the TAMU Campus will be available starting at 8AM Sunday morning. You'll enter either through the South College Entrance or through New Main, depending upon your line-up location. You will need to be in place by 1:00PM. There are portable toilets available in the line-up area. You will find your order in the Parade and your staging area at the Mandatory Line-up meeting. The Parade begins at 2PM, though the last few entries do not enter the route until nearly 3PM. The Parade route is just under 2 miles and takes about an hour to traverse. Barring complications, the final entry in the Parade will exit the route about 4:00PM.
